Having to work at the computer for such long hours and seated right in front of the computer in the tiny office cubicle, there is really not much space for me to move about.

While web surfing today, I found Bodybilt Direct Marketing, a company that builds customized ergonomic chairs. Ergonomic chairs are chairs that encourage proper-seated posture and cushion the high-pressure points that cause discomfort when using flat seat designs.

With ergonomic chairs, I believe my backache will be gradually alleviated. Although my cubicle will still be as small, at least I have a proper chair that is comfortable.

I am eyeing the Petite Ergonomic Chair which is made for females with height range from 5'0" to 5'5". This would be the perfect chair for me and I won't complain about having to sit for long hours anymore.

Now I'll have to convince my boss to get me one!
