If you are shopping for HDTV, you may want to check out the prices first. I heard that the prices have continued to fall, making it more affordable to the average Joe. I went to Krillion.com recently to look for a samsung 46 inch LCD. My father was looking for one but what was available here is just too expensive. I wanted to compare prices and true enough, at the prices that we get here, it's totally not worth buying.

I admit that when I was a new blogger, I went searching for the ultimate chat widget but after sometime when my portfolio of blogs grew, I could not be bothered anymore. Well, it used to be fun to be able to chat at your own blog but not when there were too many to catch up with.

However, if you would like to have this chat widget, or better known as tag board on your blog, then the better one seems to be the one from CBox. You can try it out for yourself. It's very simple to implement and start chatting away!

I used to keep a stack of recipes some years back. What I would do was clip out whatever recipe I could find from magazines and newspapers and stick them on a book for easy reference. I no longer have the time to cook and hence, my hobby in collecting recipes died off too. Collecting recipes takes up a lot of time too, you know?

A couple of nights ago, while surfing the internet looking for freebies, I chanced upon Recipe Center software, software that was created specifically for chefs, cooks, homemakers and anyone who collects recipes.

The slide shows that could be created are only limited by our own creativity and talent. Basically, we could add in any element to our slide show and embed the code to our site.

Of all the websites that I have visited, generally, digital scrapbooking sites are all very tastefully done. Somehow, I think that scrapbooking hobbyists are a very creative lot and it does show even in the layout of their websites.

The Digital Srapbooking Free Site is a resourceful website with digital scrapbooking ideas, free downloadable digital scrapbooking kits,.elements, backgrounds, overlays, templates and many more digital scrapbooking items from talented designers.

What I like about this site, apart from the items that we could download for free is their list of why digital scrapbooking is so much more enjoyable than traditional scrapbooking!

I don't know about you but I am registered with many loyalty program that this Christmas shopping has been tough in deciding whom to shop with! It would have been easy if I had only one loyalty bonus but since almost all merchants are offering similar loyalty programs, the deciding factor would be which merchant is offering BETTER benefits.

A company that I came across called webloyalty is hired by clients to come up with ideas to garner customer loyalty. They have to create loyalty programs that would keep the customers of their clients coming back.

I came across this website of Aspen Snow Mass a couple of weeks ago and I think it's of a ski resort. I am not sure. Anyway, I'm only interested in bringing you freebies and Aspen Snow Mass is giving away save snow sticker packs for free. From what I understand about this "save snow" campaign, I am thinking that perhaps they do not have much snow up there as they used to have due to global warming. Am I right?

I am sure you know that I have been looking for just the right template for my personal website. Sometimes I think I am a perfectionist trying to look for the perfect template for my site that I end up wasting too much time and not getting anything done at all. I mean, it's time to move on, I know, but then I try not to settle for second best.

I came across this website called Steve's Templates. Although they do not catch my fancy because I am looking for templates for a personal site, Steve has many templates that are suitable for business websites. Most of the templates here are free and the only thing the user has to do is to keep all credits in tact and provide a link back to the website of Steve's Templates. This link could be removed if you upgrade your free template to premium.

If you don't know what is MySpace then you must be living in a cave. It is the most popular social networking portal and has been the leader of such social networks for the past few years.

In my country, parents would send their daughters to take up a skill if they are not that smart enough to cope with academic studies. Once in awhile, I get bored with the theme of my mobile device just like how I change the wallpaper of my desktop computer every couple of days. But then with Nokia E61i, it is not an easy task looking for games, themes, wallpapers and what not.

I stumbled upon Mobile Fun as I was searching for something for my own mobile device. This site looks like it has lots of themes, games, screensavers and videos for Nokia and Sony Ericsson mobile phones.

If you are a webmaster, I am sure that you would want to do all that you can to make your sites stand out from the crowd and not spend too much money. Do you now that I try to get everything free from my sites from fonts to buttons to backgrounds, templates, header, clip arts, audio and video clips?

At Favicon Creation, you can upload your photo and allow the tool to generate a favicon for you. This is a free tool and is rather nifty. Once you have the file to your favicon, you can add it to the header of your template.

Although I have favicons for my sites as well, they were not generated by Favicon Creation because I did mine a long time ago but I just discovered this site a couple of days back.

When I came across this website, I thought that I would write about it because it's different from what I usually write about and it has no freebie to give away. Yet, I think that it's great because it provides people with an opportunity to earn from home with their own online floral ecommerce store.

From what I understand, we can register with Florist Direct and set up an online store without any cost and we would not even need to know anything about flowers or how to handle or pack them.

What we need to do, however, is to market our floral store and every order that we received will be handled by Florist Direct. What we receive shall be 5% commission from sales that we generated from our store.

I was surfing the internet looking for low cost medical supplies. I am sure that most of us have a need for medical supplies of one type or another so I was thinking perhaps buying online would be cheaper.

I compared a few similar sites and yes, Allegro has one of the lowest prices. Allegro Medical carries a wide selection of medical supplies and equipment. The only thing is that they do not shop international. What I don't like about shopping online is the need to keep checking which state has the highest tax. It's confusing to me.

Anyway, I wanted to look for gloves for carpal tunnel relief but it is no longer necessary because I do not suffer from the numbness anymore. I don't know why it is gone but I am glad.

Creating Surveys With Stat Pac

Stat Pac is a software that you can use to create surveys whether online or paper surveys. However, if you are using the free version, you can only process the first 35 records of any data (too little!) so to use Stat Pac to its full potential you will have to buy the software and you will be given a licence to unlock it.

This file is rather large and according to the website, to download the file on a 56K modem dial up internet line, you will need a little more than an hour. WOW!

Since I run an ecommerce store, I have often wondered what my buyers think and I have not found the chance to create a survey and collect feedback from them. I have always wanted to do this but have not found the time because the other tools that I came across are not that friendly. Perhaps this one will be easy for me.

You most probably have read before that I am using Nokia E61i. No, I don't expect you to remember, lol but then I came across this mobile content site called The Unlocker, a UK based site that allows us to download free themes, ring tones, real tones, wallpapers and lots of other goodies for our mobile devices.

Unlike other similar sites that offer free downloads of mobile content, The Unlocker also has tools for us to create our own themes or ring tones online. I did not try these online tools our because I prefer to download the creations of other people since mine all suck!

This site is so unique I just have to feature it. The Forest of Love is a virtual forest with trees that you can select to carve your love on, declare it publicly to whoever cares to read. To do so, you would have to register with the site, it's free!

And then you get to select the species of the tree that you will be carving your love on. Once your tree is carved, it will spot the date that is was planted.
It's so innovative, right?

At the moment, I don't have anyone to declare my love to this way but when I do have someone to declare my love to, I most probably will never let him know of my tree, whoever he is.

Well, well, well. I certainly am on a roll looking for scrapbooking sites that give out freebies. If you have read my earlier posts, I have already featured quite a handful of posts on digital scrapbooking. The more I look at these sites, the more I would like to get involved but seriously, I lack the creative flair. Besides, I don't even know how or where to start, except most probably download these scrapbooking kits.

I think that of the few digital scrapbooking sites that I went to, this is the only one that offers digital scrapbooking software that we could download and use for free. The other sites recommended other professional imaging software which I don't have, by the way. Free software sounds great.

Although I am not personally into tattoos, I know a guy who is a tattoo artist whom I think is very creative. His own body is full of tattoos. Did you know that the older generations still think that tattoos are bad and people who spot tattoos are baddies? That's the reputation they have to carry!

Yesterday, my friend showed me a new blog that she set up for her husband to write about his golf hobby. I was surprised that he could write so well despite not having blogged before!

However, after reading the blog, I am thinking that although I don't personally like golf, it is great to read the experiences of a golfer trying to make it big.

100 Free iPhone Games

So I am having iPhone fever once again and I suspect I will continue to blow hot and cold until the darn thing is in my hands and only then can I decide for myself if it's as cool as it is made to seem.

Anyway, I checked a couple of sites that offer free stuff for iPhones and I discovered iPhone Gold. This is an iPhone news site that also offers free wallpaper and games.

I would like to point out in particular their list of 100 free iPhone games. That's a lot of games, if you ask me but some of them are the same game but were developed by different companies. So the number of DIFFERENT games maybe totalled about eighty but that’s still a lot!

I wish my iPhone is here already so that I could install all the games right now!

Free Feed Ticker

I was looking for a way to cross promote my blogs by placing a running feed on my sidebar or something like that when I came across Ticker My Feed. If you remember, I used to have my feeds on the sidebar via Feedburner but I noticed that it slowed down the loading of my blog so I have to regretfully strip it off.

Now that I I discovered this, I may give it a try. Apparently, we can add whatever RSS Feed that we link and there are a few ticker formats that we can choose from.

Oh yeah, it looks like we can upgrade our membership to an Ad-free ticker. I haven't checked out how much that would cost but if you are into this big time then I believe you would not want your feed ticker to have any advertisements other than your own, right?

I just found this site called Image Cow that supposedly pays us something for each visit to our image. Create an account to better manage our images and track our earnings.

I am not sure how the pay rate is or if anyone I know has gotten paid for their images but since everything is free, I am willing to give this a try. Now, where is my digital camera already??

I am sure very webmaster would want his site to look different. Well, even though I am just an amateur webmaster, I take pains in making my sites stand out with unique font, colour and graphics.

I think I spend half my online hours looking for new stuff online and when I do, as usual, I love to share them here and on my other Freebies blog.

Today, I came across this free logo and graphics generator. They have a huge database of logo and font styles that we can use freely. I have already installed some fonts on my word processor and will be spending the night playing with them.

Radiator.com is a specialist online store dealing specifically in automobile radiators. When I first went to radiator.com, I was surprised to see a full list of car manufacturers and I have to admit that I have not even heard of half of them!

However, if you are searching for a radiator for your car, it is a very simple process as you follow the links given. I tried looking for a Mustang Radiator so from the homepage, I just looked for the link FORD Radiator. From there, at the bottom of the page, I selected my model, Mustang.

When you have reached the page of your car model, at the bottom of the page, you can look for your year of manufacture. For Mustang, the available radiators are for models from 1964 to 2006. That's a pretty extensive collection of radiators, if you ask me.

In my search for all things free for digiscrapping, I came across this site called Shabby Princess. In the first place, I don't even know why the site is named such because it certainly is nowhere near shabby!

If you are into digiscrapping, you should check this site out. Its layout is so pretty and the digiscrapping kits are just as endearing. The owner of Shabby Princess has made it easy for us to download all these kits by breaking them up into a few parts so that those of us who are still on dial up internet access would not have a problem downloading the small files.

I don't know what has gotten into me. Suddenly a thought struck me and I had an idea of starting a blog on digital scrapbooking. I know I have been blog hopping too much and had been in awe of digiscrappers and the wonderful things they do.

The funny thing is that I don't even know what is required to start a digiscrapping hobby and in the first place, I am not even a very creative person. Plus, I don't have a good enough digital camera and I hardly even take photos.

Anyway, I did a Google Search (please slap me!) and found this site that has digital scrapbooking freebies. I understand that some sites sell them so I was so happy when I came across stuff like this for free.

On Digital Scrapbooking Freebies, if you want to download their archived freebies, you would have to pay as well but it's not that expensive. Enjoy!

I handle a lot of images in my work. While most of them are in .jpeg format, sometimes I come across some weird file extensions that I don't even know what programme to use to open the images. Anyway, I came across this image viewer which is a freeware but only for private non-commercial use, educational or non-profit organization.

I have not tried it yet but apparently it could support more than 400 graphic formats and it's very user-friendly. One thing about programs is that the easier to use the better it is for me!

So I'm going to try to use this to view some of the images I have and hope they could be displayed!

Free Reciprocal Link Exchange Service

I've been looking at ways to bring up my rank once again so I've been thinking of joining one of those link exchange websites. I wonder if it works. This site featured today is called Link Dash. They have two types of linking: One way links and reciprocal links. For one way links, we will have to pay $9.95 but for reciprocal, well, it's free.

One thing that is in my mind is if Bad G will penalize us for joining a program like this. What do you think? I checked a couple of blogs in the blog category and I saw a Malaysian blog in there with a PR3. Not earth shattering also.

Let me search out more link exchange sites and see how things go.

I am not sure if I have featured ScreenSaver on my log before. Perhaps I did. Whatever the case, I am featuring them again because it's the holiday season soon what with Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year and they have a new batch of seasonal screensavers.

If not mistaken, Sreensavers.com is an old site and their database of screensaver is pretty impressive. If you have your computer switched on for most of the way, screensavers could help you make your computer seem more interesting.

Check out the site for some of the best free screensavers found online. Oh yeah, I have my pop up blocker turned on and it did block one or two pop ups so you may want to watch out for that.

Here is a site that I found that provides free magazine subscriptions. To be honest, I never tried subscribing to free magazines before because of my country of residence.

However, I would just like to point out that a long time ago when I featured a similar website that also provides free magazine subscriptions, a reader left me a comment and told me to be careful of such sites.

I don't know what he meant about that, though. Did he mean that we have to provide our credit card details in order to take out a subscription and our particulars may be compromised somehow?

All I can say is to be careful where you want to disclose your credit card details!

There are so many different credit cards in the market with different benefits and rewards that it really is not an easy decision to make to choose the best one to apply for. My favorite card is a card that gives me cash back or reward points.
